having problem starting

I'm having problem starting the nav. It's a 03 d22 with a 80 series air box. The engine dosent kick over, It only tick and one of my spotlight flashes when you turn the key. It sounds like there is something with the electronics. The battery is fully charged so that's not it. All the light on the dash work too. Has this happened to anyone else.

flashing spotty sounds strange to me.

check your battery terminals are tight and all your earth connections.

ok I think its the starter motor. where can I get one from and do they come in different brands of them? if so what is a good one?
