hey all

just joined the forum. i live in the northern parts of sweden,
I work as the manager of a mechanical workshop, we build machines and do general maintenance on all kinds of industries.

spare time i like to hunt, so thats why i am rebuilding my -05 D22 double cab.

what i have done so far:

*3" calmini lift.
*xterra extra rear leaf
*idler arm brace
*30mm spacers and 285/75/16 bf goodrich tyres
*stainless black powder coated bullbar with 2xNBB 75W HID driving lights and 2x55W Halogen worklights
*rebuilt engine with new bearings and modified oil sump.
*EGR valve sealed of
*poly bushing all around
*55W HID in driving lights
*rear is fitted with a Carryboy cover (dunno what its called). fitted with 12V heating fans, 18W LED worklights and of course dog cages.

currently the car is in my workshop for:

*1-1/2" body lift
*rust protection of the whole frame
*new lower ball joints front
*all new steering control arms and steering idler
*new recovery points front
*removal of side boards and switch to home made rock sliders
*mounting of better ventilation for the dogs aswell as 4x55W side worklights on the rear cover.
*tint side windows black to keep heat out
*mount holder and roof top antenna to garmin astro 220 gps.
*change of all oils

Welcome aboard,fear no beer. If you attend any of the Navara outings or musters over the next few years, please remember, the only stick you should have in your hand is "Low range", even if you come from Sweden

Enjoy the forum mate, sounds like you have done a shit load of serious work to your truck, i would love to see some photos!

PS, What game do you hunt in Sweden, a part from females!
