Installing Lift Kit

is it easy enough to install a lift kit yourself? I was quoted $400 which includes wheel alignment, or is there anyone on here in Melbourne that could beat that price? thanks

If you have the new gear, give it a run yourself, if you have a basic socket, spanner and tool set you'll be fine.
A jack and a couple axel stands will make it a whole lot easier.
Do one corner at a time. If it looks complicated, don't shy away, take a couple pics on your phone so you remember what it should look like. Youtube comes handy.
If you haven't bought your gear yet and don't have a spring compressor, having the front springs compressed and housed is a great idea, the place where you buy them should happily do it for you.
