Ok I got a 2002 D22 complete rebuilt engine EGR mods done etc. But head cracked( person that rebuilt it didn't understand that complete means water pump too but oh well was done before I got it) my turbo seems to have a bit of excess play not noisy or under powered. While it's off I thought id chuck a rebuild kit at it. Anyone done this before? Also would a water to air intercooler be better than a small front mount. Got winch bar and 10000lb winch there not much room for the intercooler.
