Hi all,

After checking out the various options available in the lower end of the new ute market, I've settled on a shiny new black D22 ST-R dual cab. Can't wait to settle all the paperwork and pick up my new toy. At this stage it's main purpose will be to help us cope with a very high maintenance garden, but I'm also looking forward to seeing what options it opens up for family getaways as well as simple pleasures like chucking a mattress in the back and heading to the drive-in movies! This is my first 4x4.

Gday Steve and welcome to the forums, the D22 is with out a doubt the best value dual cab 4x4 on the market, so imo you made the right decision.

The d22 is a very capable 4x4 straight out of the box on will only get better with a decent set of tyres.
