Oil warning light on even though oil is full and oil pressure good.

Check the oil pressure sensor wiring, and - like what happened to mine not that long ago - the sensor below it. One of the wires on mine had broken, I did buy a replacement sensor but the mechanic who looked at it just soldered up the wire and the problem's solved.
 
I had the same problem, turn off ignition remove key, close the vehicle door lock the door, reopen the door, key back in the ignition move key to on. Sounds weird but it works.
 
Ive had mine from brand new in 2006 and has done it every time it was parked on a slope for any period of time, once you bring revs up it disappears, my understanding these lights only measure level not pressure so if your oil level is correct i wouldn't worry about it.
