Hi guys new member here

I have brought a D40 navara 2.5 dci auto
It started overheating after about 30 mins once the engine is warm, it’s throwing water out the expansion tank, first just dribbling out (luke warm) then starts bubbling and really throws it out hot

Here’s a list of things I’ve tried and changed…

New radiator
Water pump
Thermostat
Expansion tank
Temperature sensor
Cooling fan
Checked vicious fan (oiled and looks fine)
Bled the system numerous times

Also I noticed the heating system has being bypassed with the pipes going back on themselves

I’m at my wits end with it now 😭😭😭

Thank you for any advice

Cylinder head. And I would investigate why those pipes have been turned back on themselves. Something not right there

most likely a last ditch attempt to fix the overheating before selling it off and making it someone else's problem. could be they have a leak in the heater, but that is rather rare. but if the engine has been overheated, the heater can get blocked up with all the crap that flakes off inside the engine.
