Patrol steering wheel for my D22

Just wondering how hard it would be to fit a GU Patrol steering wheel on my 2006 D22? I really hate the stock Navara wheel and mine is worn from the previous owner, and instead of replacing it with another D22 wheel I'd love to fit one out of a late model Patrol. Would it be a straight swap, or would it be a pain in the ass? I assume the PCD would be the same but I would have no real idea.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only issue you will probably have is the airbag, the patrol one might not be compatible with the d22
