Red engine light.

I found a new light. It is red and a pic of the engine. It is on the left of the instrument panel above the temp gauge.
I came on today while driving.
No faults on obd.
Oil and coolant good.
Normal engine noise and performance.
Ecu reset doesn't clear it.
It comes on a few seconds after glow plug light goes out.
Any ideas?

EGR fault will do that, especially if you've just unplugged the valve. I did that hoping to make my blocking of the EGR simple, but the CEL came on without codes. I didn't want my thing to go limp, so I plugged it back in.

Sounds awful when you say it like that, but there it is.

All good.
Took the Nav to the mechanic.
He drained a heap of water out of the fuel filter, then showed me how to do it for next time.

Apparently a local servo had a problem last week.

Nice catch mate, keep draining it every few days until you're sure all the shit fuel has been cycled.
