Roof Basket

Does any know of any roof baskets / cages that do not need roof racks to be mounted on?

As far as I know... There isn't one, why do you not want roof racks? They're heaps useful! Mine usually have a shovel, awning, hi-lift jack and a sizable roof basket on them.
