Shorted large battery cable on alternator.

Hi Guys. My 2010 D40 YD25. While working on my Nav (without the battery disconnected) I shorted the cable that I assume goes straight to the battery as it was live. Now it's no longer live and nothing works. I'd say I've obviously have blown a fuse or link some where. Unfortunately I can't find where it is hidden. Any ideas?

Try the fusible link on the battery terminal itself. It's inside the black plastic section and looks like a wide piece of metal. It's rated for 140A (in mine, from memory) - yours should be similar.
