Qld laws state according to the copper that pulled me over and gave me a warning for not having a mudflap that i ripped off that it's illegal not to have them fitted but i never researched it maby he was being a prick but also would you not cop stone chips from those huge boots?.

I did see them mention that it is a requirement by law to have them and have them at the correct height on 4WD TV when they were doing one of their build shows.

I have Dick Cepek 285's on mine, 60mm front lift 70mm rear lift no bullbar with stock front bumper. Minimal scrubbing except full lock / flex. All i did was remove the front mudflaps
