Would like to share with you all some photos of our 2nd trip to Willow Springs Station home of SkyTrek and the maiden voyage with our new camper (eBay Mars hard floor)
We shot up again because the Mt Carnarvon Track (SkyTrek) is closing as we know it in just a few days time, lets hope the owners of Willow Spring and the South Australian Shooter Association of Australia work out some kind of deal to keep it open for 4WDrivers.

Even when the main track closes there is still heaps to see here with great camping.

Great pics. I'm planning on heading that way in July, but it looks like Skytrek will be closed by then. I'd be happy to pay the higher figure ($175, I think) for the drive.

It’s a shame you won’t get the chance to do it.
A very will laid out drive with points of interest sprinkled across 60+km ($175 will be far too rich I think, even for a 6 or 7 hour drive) but there’s a lot of other tracks around this way.

skytrek is still open, $65 but a different route now, did both the old and part of new toward the end of march and had a blast. hills are steep but not technically difficult

issue they had was some of the land/track was leased and they didn't renew the lease due to cost.
