So a question for everyone who is running slotted rotors, How do they go in the mud? Does the slots allow dirt to get into the pads and cause gringing and poor performing brakes? Or are they the best thing since sliced bread and improve braking off road as well as on?
Im about to replace my rotors and am thinking of going slotted, but not to sure about off road performance!

placed new pads and slotted rotors on at 55000 and just sold the car at 240000 and never had to touch the brakes again and they worked well the for the duration

I haul around 3.3tonne and got the T2 slotted and pads to suit... I would have to say the brakes are very fast to respond and the warmer they get the more they grab. I am really confident of the vehicle now, would never ever look back
