I am a roughly new member to the forums not having posted much but definitely learning from the wealth of knowledge posted here
I own a 2004 Frontier AX with the ZD30DDT.
My starter burned. It seems either the starter relay or ignition switch caused the problem and burned the motor while the engine was running. So I have parts to replace.
Already getting an original new replacement for ignition switch however no Nissan starter motor is available in my country.
I live in Trinidad in the Caribbean.
I have the option of getting an original Nissan foreign used starter motor (no info on the history of the vehicle it belonged to) or an aftermarket starter motor manufactured by Nagamoto (no idea if it's made in Japan or Thailand)
They both cost the same price here.
Anyone know the brand or have used it with success?
