Stereo Interchanging??

Hi All, not at all new to browsing this great forum but definitely am in the way of posts.
Would anyone know if it's possible to plug in later model original stereo's?
I have a 2007 d40 Spanish.
My stacker is shot and was hoping to ungrade to the bluetooth hands free job, any help is appreciated.

Yeh seen them, spoke with Matt at dig options he has new iOS units in the pipeline so was waiting for them but my stock unit blew so was looking for a slightly new factory unit. Thanks again
