Swap ZD30 for VQ35DE v6?

My D22 with ZD30 diesel is doing ok, but now has over 200K on the odometer. If in the future it develops major problems, I am curious if a VQ35DE V6 3.5l gas motor would fit? We have access to many of these motors where I live in Honduras.
Could it bolt to the same manual transmission?
Easy or difficult change? Extra parts needed? Thanks

i doubt it. it won't be an easy swap.
D22's had the VG engine and the same gearbox as the zd30. D40's came out with VQ engine but different gearbox.
there is also the matter of diesel to petrol conversion, plus they usually had different diff ratios.
here the easy way to do a petrol conversion is to start with the petrol model, especially as they are typically cheap to buy as no one wants petrol.
