tail shaft baring chewed out

Hi ppl. So I've had a squealing noise coming from the rear of my 2012 d22. Took it to Nissan today to find out that the tail shaft baring has been chewed out because the 40mm suspension lift. So its not covered by warranty and it will cost me $850 for the part + labor.
WHAT A LOAD OF BULLSHIT!!!!
Anyone else had a issue with the baring from a lift????

I think everyone would be chewing them out if that were the case. I smell bullshit from the dealer. 40mm is well within limits in qld and i suspect everywhere else as well. I would challenge them on it after all if it were true no-one would be selling aftermarket lifts due to customer complaints.

No way mate. I'm running a 3inch lift and have done thousands of k's since. No problems.
