torque specs for a zd30 flywheel and clutch?

hey does anybody know wat the correct torque for the flywheel and clutch on a 2006 navara d22 zd30 turbo.

There was a workshop manual on here, it was a sticky somewhere, if its still there download it.

As far as I can tell,
Flywheel to crankshaft 167-186Nm (17-19 kgm, 123-137ftlb)

Clutch cover to flywheel first step 10-20Nm (1-2kgm,7-14ftlb)

second step 22-29Nm (2.2-3kgm, 16-22ftlb)
