USB plug

I have search the site but could not find anything,I have just purchased a new D22 and want to play music from a small Usb however the stereo wil not play from it,the USB works in my other car.
Has anyone got any ideas Please

Is the music stored on the root of the usb drive or buried a few folders deep? Also what size drive are you using....some sterios are limited to 2-4gb flash drives.

You might have to press the AUX button twice to play direct off a USB stick.
