Want to fit different seats what has others done.

I was wondering if anyone has fitted seats out of other model cars to their Navara as I would like to swap mine out as getting abit worn.
I have checked about getting seat base made up but would cost a few dollars so seeing what others have done.
Any help or pictures would be great.
