Where to mount UHF with double din

I've just got a double din DVD player setup for me d22 woundering where others hav mounted there UHF

i mounted mine infront of the gear/transfer stick. had to make up a bracket to make it fit cause of its size gme tx4500. it makes those two little ashtrays unusable but you can still get to the cig lighter. those little ashtrays are useless anyway
think theres pics in thread i started on my ute ages ago called qqcs 2012 d22. i think thats what its called.
its allright there but probabably not everyone cup of tea and depends on the size of your uhf

Oh yeh sounds good. I've got a gme tx3220

I've got mine down beside the drivers seat just behind the seat belt on the centre console

have you got a unit yet? if not get a compact unit like the gme tx3100

Yeh I had thought of putting it next to the seat. I think that's the go. And yeh already hacve a tx3220
