ZD30 Glow pulg replacment

Hey guys just wondering at what km's have people replaced there glow plugs? My nav has just clocked 205thou km's and occasionally on a cold morning or if its been not run for a few days it takes a couple of go's to start so thought I may as well replace them?

I had problems with mine at about 150000km but I'm sure that they can go at any time depending on a lot of factors. Can't remember what it cost me to replace them!

Im at 310000ks, still original g/plugs, turns over a few more time when its cold but thats the same as most cars ive owned.

It's just over $100 for a set through my work so might just change them for piece of mind.
