ZD30 injector pump fault

When primng is the pump going hard? If its not theres a filter between fuel tank and chassis rail check this filter as mine was blocked and mine would start but stall straight up cleaned it primed it and away it went smick

Was pump going hard when priming? If not check a small filter between fuel tank and chassis mine would start and stall straight up clhsnged that filter reprimed and away i went

thats not a factory filter as the only filter is in the engine bay. some overseas models did come with a sedimenter which is also in the engine bay.

some people fit little petrol inline filters thinking it will help. unfortunately they are way to small and cause damage.
