God only knows how the dealer fitted them. They could have used the fog light relay (which is in the engine bay in a large plastic box behind the battery). They could have mounted a relay just off the side of the battery (between the battery and the engine).
There are several ways to do the job, best bet is to get someone with good ears to listen for the clicking while you're flashing high beams.
