I have a slight issue that has appeared out of nowhere, all of a sudden the tacho sits on 2000rpm no matter what the engine revs are doing.....appreciate any assistance as I have no idea where to start.
 
its probably just cause the needles bent in just take the dash face off heat it up and bend it back

No it was working fine and all of a sudden its sitting on 2000rpm, don't know if it goes higher I will check with my son, its his ute.
