Mt Nebo, Mt Glorious & Somerset Dam

Went for a bit of a drive today out to Mt Nebo, across to Mt Glorious and up to Somerset Dam. We came out at Kilcoy, had lunch at Woodford and then was home in time to watch some football!

All on the bitumen mate, was going to head into Mt Mee for a look but decided against it.

I'm not that keen on wheeling on my own, I like to have backup ha ha.

Great photos!. I still want to do that Bunya Mountain run as well one day, plus get back to LCMP, plus go to Rainbow Beach, plus plus plus :big_smile:

Nice pics! Some great spots up there, I have done lots of laps on bikes up around there, too fast to look at the views though lol.

Were they letting water out of somerset?

No they weren't, I was hoping they would be. It's at 100.2% so can't be far away.

It is a top spot out there.

We had a few days camping recently at Lake Somerset Holiday Park. A little expensive as camp sites go, but a tidy and clean camp site.

Caught about 90 red claw while we were there - great eating.
