Yes to all of the above. Must be a known and common thing, I showed him the photo, he glanced, said yep, called nissan tech line, no argument from either. Trouble is getting one. I was lucky that there was a previous order and it wasn't yet collected, otherwise it would be an OS order.

Just replied to your thread, went in for the service yesterday, yup, intercooler is leaking, rang nissan tech, ordered a new one, rebooked to have it fitted. Got told I'm up for new pads and rotors, 720 plus labour, think I'll be sourcing aftermarket.

People would say the same about a 5 inch lifted Nav with Artic whels and guards as well. Each to their own, as long as it is safe we are all car enthusiasts. Except people who buy great Wall utes and put spoiler kits on them, they are wankers.

Pretty much, it doesn't take a lot of effort, it's a simple job, as per my original post it wasn't more than a 3 tool job and while I'm somewhat mechanically minded it wasn't overly challenging. My tip would be to fit the hard pipes to the intercooler and turbo with the soft pipe fitted but...

My intercooler has an oil leak bottom right hand corner as you look at it, was discovered during my winch install. I've booked the car in for a service and told them about it. I'll let you know what happens.
