Seems strange that the squelch is opening annoyingly configured by the manufacturer. There may be some issue with the install or unit itself that is causing in to open. Dex

Page 4 of the manual says the squelch is preset by the factory so you can't adjust it. Only open it full or close by pressing the squelch button. Dex

Looking at the schematic for the control stick, it is based on a keyboard setup with rows and columns being pulsed and read. Does the hi beam work when you pull the stick in? Does the washer work ? There could be a break in the output1 from the bcm and when the cabin warms up, the break closes...

Hi Old Tony, I find the opposite with the Ultragauge when going down hills it actually shows I'm using more fuel than when driving under light load. Not sure what's going on there ? My fuel rail pressure varies from 4k to 17k depending on engine load. Dex
