you guys need to look at your slave cylinder if its still playing up.The extra pressure plate pressure could have caused it to leak down under pressure.

Check where the snorkel goes through the inner guard, if you have one that is sometimes the bolts can come loose and sounds like a vacuum cleaner.

Hey mad possum snorkel noise is pretty much standard with any snorkel. Just have a look where it comes into the engine bay through the inner gaurd, mine is a gen snorkel but they had not fitted the bolts to join the inner gaurd pipe to the engine bay pipe ,it was making a terrible sucking noise...

Dont use thicker oil it will take longer to get up oil pressure when cold. I use a 5w 40 syn oil have had no issues with 80000km on the clock.I think our local nissan dealer uses a 5w 30 syn(castrol proffesional i think)

Ring the steinbauer agent they are very helpful. The instructions that came with mine were not correct. They said there web site was going to be updated with new directions,that was a month ago.Just call them they can go directly to there techs and sus it out while your on the phone.

Check and make sure your exhaust system is not rubbing on something also.

Mate mine does the same i think its the electric egr valve going through its paces.It is normal

maybe check the sensor on the crankshaft pulley.

Check to see if the wastegate is working correctly,vac lines, or if the acuator rod is free and not tight.

Hey NIKB is there any sign of black or white smoke coming from the exhaust? Did you try and restart the engine before getting the water out of it?
