Gday guys.
I'm new here and I would really appreciate your help.
I unfortunatly sunk my d22 3L Turbo diesel navara and got water in the engine. we got the water out and fix everything up and it runs fine now exceped for when the car is stationary and it's in gear while the clutch is in, the car is hunting and it smells like it's over fueling.
Any ideas would be great!
Cheers
NIKB

Welcome to the forum.

That sounds like some real bad news mate. Glad to here its nearly fixed. Sounds like something is telling the pump to poor more fuel in than it needs. I can't offer much of a solution (but someone here will) except to do a search for NPS (nuetral position switch) issues (the search button is your friend) and see if the symptoms match yours.

All the best.

Hey NIKB is there any sign of black or white smoke coming from the exhaust? Did you try and restart the engine before getting the water out of it?
