    D22 3.3L Exhaust Upgrade

Okie dokie so about $1500 for the full job... More big bucks to spend... :/ Haha might have to hang on for a while then as I'd rather do it once properly than do just the muff now and the rest later... Like you Turps I love the 3.3L V6 talk!! Out of interest, have either or both of you kept an...

Hi guys, considering upgrading the exhaust on my 03 D22 3.3L Nav (VG33E Engine)... The muff is rusted and will need replacing in the near future so am umming and ahhing about whether to just change that or do the whole system... As this isn't the most common model around, the lion share of you...

    Falken & Yokohama A/T Tyres

Again, cheers for the responses everyone... Going to have a look at some of the Maxxis A/T's this afternoon at a local tyre shop a friend used to work at... Mate has said they all push the Maxxis over anything else so will see what they can offer as far as pricing goes...

    Falken & Yokohama A/T Tyres

Cheers for the responses guys... Must admit I'm a little put off by the Yoko's now... Thinking I might suck it up and pay a little extra as I'm not keen on buying average tyres... I currently have Hercules on at the minute nakedape and I really don't like them... Think it'll be back to the...

    Falken & Yokohama A/T Tyres

Hi All, Time has come to get myself some new tyres on my 03 D22 and after shopping around am still struggling to narrow down on what brand of tyre to go with... Size will be 265/75/R16... Looking to spend around $250 - $300/tyre and will possibly look at getting 4 x black steel wheels...

Cheers for all the responses guys, really appreciate it... I'm also thinking about going with a steering damper with my 2" suspension lift... Does anyone have any feedback about them...?

    4wd suspension

Thanks mate... Is there any chance you could also quote me on the equivalent EFS and Tough Dog kits so I can weigh up my options...? On the load carrying aspect I dont carry any weight in the tray on a day to day basis and dont tow either... About the most I use my tray for is when I put the...

    2" Suspension Lift affecting CV's/Gearing

Thanks dilmah... I gave Airborne a shot today and they came back at $550 to fit a kit I supply them... They did quote a more reasonable $1750 for their tough dog kit including new torsions though... I will probably keep doing the ring around until I can find somebody reasonably priced...

    4wd suspension

Hi Zordo... Have been recommended dealing with you by a heap of happy customers on this forum which speaks bucket loads about your service, pricing, etc... I am chasing a 2" suspension lift kit with new torsions for my 2003 D22 3.3L ST-R... Not sure how many options there are so would be...

    2" Suspension Lift affecting CV's/Gearing

Cheers for all the responses guys... I was hoping it was going to be a little less than $1600 myself (especially without new torsions) but thats actually the cheapest quote I'd had from 5 different places in Perth... I will look to give Zordo a go as I'd rather give the business to someone...

    2" Suspension Lift affecting CV's/Gearing

Ohh right see I wasnt told the spacers were illegal... In that case I may reconsider... Have heard plenty of good things about the EFS kits so that may be the better option all round with new torsions... Any suggestions on where I could get a full 2" EFS kit for around $1200 180degrees...? And I...

    2" Suspension Lift affecting CV's/Gearing

Thanks for the response qqc d22... The other option I have been looking at is changing the front torsion bars when I get the suspension done anyway... Not sure what the life expectancy is especially when you do wind them up, but my D22 has only done 130,000kms so hopefully they will last a fair...

    2" Suspension Lift affecting CV's/Gearing

Hi Guys, I am planning on raising my suspension 2" probably through Wilkinsons Suspension here in Perth as I'm not keen on tackling it myself... As I understand they will be replacing the leaf springs, adding spacer blocks, and winding the front torsion bars up... Will consider getting it done...
