After much persistence, it looks like the D40 YD25 fuel rail sensor is identified as a Denso part NO. 499000-6160 Available from many places, cheapest I have located thus far is out of the USA for ~$120 including shipping. The Denso part appears to be the genuine article used by Nissan.
