My 2006 ZD30 gets warm there too even with normal driving, has done so for the last 130,000kms I've owned it. I guess its just normal.

Probably a long shot but I'm after a replacement tailgate preferably in black for my 2006 D22. We are currently in Mackay (heading for Gladstone tomorrow) and working our way back to Newcastle over the next 8 days. Cheers, Andrew

Did anyone actually work out if the two tailgates are interchangable? I need myself a new one and have only been able to find a late model one in the same colour.

I crossed Nolans today. 15psi all round, 1st low and a steady right foot saw me across without incident. Now chilling in Seisia waiting for a new alternator, thinking to much load on the electrical system killed the little 60 amp unit.

Cant really comment as I dont know all the facts, my guess would be the airbags and camper trailer didn't help the situation. Its really sad for all, we were looking forward to catching up at the tip.

Climax were extremely rude when i made my inquiries via email for my suspension lift, i ended up going with Zordo's Suspension and fitted it all myself, excellent service and installation advice. I would not recommend Climax to anyone.

I have a set of drawers, heavy agm, rear arb bar, long range tank all over the rear axle. With my*rooftop tent Zordo advised that i may need the extra spring, so i took a gamble and put it in straight up. Rides well enough on the road for me and still suprisingly flexes very well offroad.

Im running bluemax 300kg leaves with an extra leaf added from the original Nissan leaf packs. Rides better than it ever did and handles my setup well when away camping.

I went the redarc 1225, australian designed and made.

I am running bluemax torsion bars, bluemax 300kg constant leaves (extra leave from original pack added at time of install, now approx 400kg leaves) and bilstien shocks. Very happy with the ride comfort, lift/articulation and service from zordo. Its good stuff.
