your reverse lockout mechanism isn't working easy fix, the lockout is located on the lefthand side just under the shifter housing looks like a cam lobe its od measures 36mm held in place by a 10mm bolt pull it out and replace

maybe a clutch issue possible dry spigot bush or input splines driving the gearbox a little making it hard to select gears

the master cyl pushrod is adjustable make sure u have freeplay at the top of the pedal so like 1/8 of its travel should be free then start pushing the piston if its got none u need to shorten the pushrod if this dosnt help then the clutch is on its way out
