I did mine on the weekend got it from repco for $12, not hard to change with the right tools.

I have the same lift in mine, I got rid of the bump stops sikaflexed a flat rubber piece so there is no metal on metal and have had no problems and my front sits really good

I went there a year or so ago to get a steering damper as I was going past at the time and the bloke in there laughed at me and said cause i have ifs it's impossible to get one I then showed him pics of one for a d22 andnhe told me I was stupid for believing photoshopped pics next day I got one...
