Hi guys have some quite bad rust in my bottom radiator support it looks like this can be unbolted, has anyone done this before and replaced it?

So I'm thinking of getting some of these but still a little unsure should I be chasing the 5100's or a longer 4600 for a 2 inch lift

Hey fellas Just wonder thoughts on winches my local bloke sells both tjm and ironman winches he said I should go with the ironman because it has a 3 year warranty and a breather on it but I never have heard anything bad about the tjm oz winch Thoughts?

Thanks old tony makes sense might just go with the deep cycle the box it goes in mostly water tight anyway plus there a fair bit lighter then the AGM

The guy at the battery place said that I would have to be sitting in water for a long time for a deep cycle to be affected but I might get the AGM just to be safe

Is there any particular battery that is more sealed either Gel or AGM?

Thanks fellas I have a regular deep cycle at the moment but will be getting a new one soon the box is made out of stainless and with a small amount of silicone it should be fairly water tight anyway but just if it did fill up I no it should be ok, always do fresh water crossings as well anyway

Hey Guys Just wondering what you think my second battery is mounted on the chassis rail under the tray in a battery box at the moment, just wondering if this could cause damage on a water crossing?

It only seems to happen going up a steep track when the trucks bouncing around a bit on loose rocks but I can flog it over a speed bump and can't get it to make the noise could it be a cv ?

I have upgraded the torsion bars and I have steel bull bar 2 most navaras I see are probably wound up more then mine so sort of left me a bit stumped what the problem actually is

No I say it has come out since that but i only realised today when I got underneath. I'm pretty new in to 4wd but if the torsion bars are wound up to sensible height shouldn't it not either bump stop ?

Every thing looks fine there is wear where the top bump stop has touched but I have since dropped the torsion bars I think the gap between both bump stop is pretty even I am missing the lower stop on the drivers side would this affect anything?

Thanks fellas ill have a look at both those see what I can find my local suspension place thought there was enough room between the bump stops so might be the other

Hey guys still having some thumps noises coming out of the front suspension, my shocks were stuffed so I thought that was the problem they have since been replaced and the noise is still there, it only happens when driving on rough tracks I thought the shocks might be topping out but wasn't...

I think they will be ok for most of my driving I was more worried if I did a trip to cape which may be on the cards in the next couple of years they may let me down on the corrugated roads
