    Cutting and drilling bull bar

I have never heard of any problems either. It was just a comment made by a bloke at work that has got me thinking. He was telling everyone that it would void the insurance to drill any holes other than the standard ones in the bull bar to install auxiliary lighting. This sounded a little bit off...

    Cutting and drilling bull bar

Thanks for the response mate. I have been sitting on it for a while and it just seems like the perfect place to mount a light bar. There is a perfect return on the bar that can be drilled into and bolt the light bar directly to, it just makes sense

    Cutting and drilling bull bar

Hi guys, I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. I am interested in fitting a light bar to the front of the nav and was wondering if I could perhaps cut out the slotted section of the alloy bar below the number plate and put it there. My question is would it be illegal to cut and...

2" lift kit (best mod yet)

Cheers guys thanks for the replies. I might wait a bit and see how it settles before I make a decision on how far to wind the front up

2" lift kit (best mod yet)

Hi guys, I know this has already been said about 1000 times but I really cannot believe the difference in driving comfort of the Nav after fitting my lift kit. I decided it was time and finally installed a 2" EFS lift. The kit has no provided a whole new more enjoyable experience and it would be...

    blowing black smoke ?

Gbt, I too have a EGT blanking plate ready for install. Why does the ECU need to be reset, there is obviously a reason for it that I just haven't heard before

    General Grabber at2's any good?

I have AT2's on mine at the moment mate. I have only had them on for 20,000km but can't fault them this far. They seem to be wearing evenly (rotation every 10,00km religiously) and can't tell much of a difference in tread depth from new. They handle nicely and grip very well in the wet compared...

    D22 striker plate spacers.

Is there anywhere that I can find a copy if the announcement or bulletin that Nissan put out in regards to this. My dealer is a dickhead and won't have a bar of it.

Has this fixed the annoying rattle and clunky noise? I am hoping yes. I will go straight to the nearest dealer tomorrow.

    Tweeter Location

Hi guys, I am thinking about getting around to installing my sound system finally and was wondering where people have placed their tweeters when installing splits in the front door. Was thinking of angle mounting them on the dash for better sound staging but think I like the flush mounted look...

    Engine Rpm

Hi guys, So I have been searching the forum lately and couldn't find anything on this topic. (It could be this phone app as my laptop is down). I was just wondering what everyone's 2.5cr engine revs at whilst sitting on 100k. I am aware that the speedo is about 9-10% out on the ute but using my...

    Sound System options

I am yet to put my splits in but have run good quality splits in all my previous vehicles mate. In my opinion there is no better speaker to run in the front than splits. I am very picky when it comes to sound in my vehicles though and don't mind spending the dollars for quality.

    Third battery in tub

Best mod I have done so far mate. I just have a soft tonneau on mine so I built a custom box that fits between and over the wheel arches to house the battery along with other things. I used a redarc isolator to look after things and ran heavy cables to an Anderson plug in the tub for easy...

    Overriders

Thanks for the reply Dave. Would getting the springs reset be a better option than overriders in your opinion
