so, changed the rocker gasket today.
pretty simple, basically remove throttle body, and glow rail and the rocker cover, bit of a wiggle to get the cover out between the glow plugs and the heater hoses.
old gasket looked ok, but I changed it anyway, also noticed 1 of the glow seals (one that's hidden by the throttle body) was missing a bit of rubber and the little spring that goes around it. as luck would have it couldn't get a new seal today so I swapped the buggered seal to the front end of the cover and put it all back together so I can get to it easily to change it when I pick up a new one tomorrow. hopefully this will be the end of the pesky oil leak.
