albury wodonga area

Hi all I got my marching orders two days ago and looks like I will be stuck in albury wodonga for a few months ( nov-June ) is there much 4wheel driving/camping other activities down there ? Never lived down that way before.

There is plenty of fishing....your on the Mighty Murray R.

Head NE, E from there and you have miles and miles of the Snowy mountain region.

Head S, SE and you have truckloads of the Vic high country.

Head W and follow the Murray for miles

If you got the playtime and energy, youll never run outa places to play.

I'm only an hour away in Mt Beauty, only new to the area to mate but there's heaps of good bush.
Let me know if you want to go exploring some stage and maybe we can tee something up.

I get up to Mt. Beauty every Easter. Great area with an endless supply of tracks. (although I haven't done many myself!) It's a top spot to base yourself for plenty of day trips.
