Coolant smell from vents

Ive got a coolant smell coming from my vents when the heater is on in my 2011 Stx 450. Any ideas whats causing it would be great before I take it into my dealer.

I would be looking all around the engine bay for any signs of a leak, but with the smell coming when the heater is on it may be that the heater core has a leak?

Almost definately the heater core.

my bet is on the heater core too... check the passenger foot well to see if you've got a puddle.

I'd bet the heater core as well. Take it back.

Heater core for sure had 2 come thru work with same issue

Easy way to tell. If the smell is there with heat or no heat but outside air then its in the engine bay. If the smell is only there when you have heat turned on then Id say heater core.
