d22 fuel tank drain plug

Hey guys do the d22 fuel tank have a drain plug so i can cleen the tank out

I have seen this question before and I believe the answer is no, I have no proof, but I remember one guy who when he removed his tank for some reason welded a bung to the lowest point so they he could drain it easily the next time he needed to.

Mine didn't- I had the tank completely out so I could wash it out after a dose of the dreaded black plague ! Mines a 2003 ! Welding a "sump plug" in is a great idea for water, you would still need to drop it if you got the algae bug though!

No drain plugs in the tanks.
You have to pull the entire tank out to empty.
