D40 Front Winch Mount

Came across this while looking for winch mounts for the front, other than a bulbar. Seems a good idea in theory.

I was looking at something similar a while back

This is my current winch setup

Another hitch point at the front would mean I can move trailers or attach the winch and it should in theory fit as a direct bolt on .
Its just a money thing

If you spend tho $$ you can ones that mount insde the factory bar

Seems that nearly all the after market parts are made for the Thai built ... typical that I get the Spanish one

How heavy is the winch and mount? How do run power to it?

At a guess Id say the winch and mount would be maybe 30kg, lets just say I wont be slinging it over my shoulder.I have a second main battery I install when playing with the winch. Its connected via a battery isolator etc
