D40 throttle surging in 4low

Mines a 2011 thia model and does it aswell if they have a definite fix i might have to ring the dealer

According to seventies47 there isnt a "fix" as if you ask nissan direct "its normal behavior" that was my answer the other day.but there is a ECM update for thai builts that seems to fix this surging..im thinking everyone hassle there local dealers untill someone gets the update and see if it fixes it..

Was up alpine region over Easter and 4wd low fourth gear surged badly between 1500 to 2500rpm. Was that bad I shifted from 3rd to 5 th were I could. Took my dp chip off just to make sure, still happened. I'm booking it in to Nissan this week. Will keep you posted. I have a 2011 ST Thai built dual cab.

howd you go with nissan mate...mine surges bad in 4th gear 4low only kinda caught me off gaurd when it happened... its bloody annoying
