duck season

Not going out on opening weekend, a few of us have prior commitments. Were going out the next weekend after opening, Hope the ducks hang around at work for me, one dam has about 150 on it blackies and woodys, the other dams have none to 20 or so, need to speak to a few local farmers as well where we normally go for opening

If your going out to shoot a lot of ducks That's the best time to go out I think. All the ducks are settled down and you you shoot to many you can claim you have been out the day before. I usually go for the opening. I try and go where the media and the greenies go though. I like going but I don't eat them. I got family that do.

Great day on the ducks today, 8 guns going and a lot of crackers put after them, 20 birds between us and a great day had jumping dams and the mates dogs retrieved well all day
