Can't just "wind up the fuel" on these anymore unfortunately. There are chips that trick the computer into thinking the fuel rail pressure is lower than what it is, so the ECU bumps the pressure up. There is plenty on info on these type of chips around.
For a better option, either unichip, which alters injection timing and duration as well as rail pressure. Or probably the best option is to have the ECU reflashed and fit a manual boost controller to increase the boost a bit and make use of the extra fuel being added. Normally these aren't dyni tuned, they have a remapped program that they just flash into the ECU and you're on your way. Otherwise if you can find someone that specialises in tuning diesels then they may tune it properly for you, but it won't be as cheap as a petrol vehicle.
I should also add, just fitting a manual boost controller and adjusting the boost slightly will still give a small result. Especially if the spring in the wastegate is weakened and bleeding off boost before it gets to the set point. I have one on mine and it seems to spool up a fair bit quicker than it used to.
