well after procrastonating with the mod for nearly 12 months (working 7 days a week doesnt help) i finally did it and i have to say holy crap what a difference it has made on my 03 str. aside from the shutoff solenoid failing and not allowing the truck to start, but a quick mod to the connector on the egr solenoid and she's all good again, the difference in the bottom end performance and how smooth it runs is fanominal. low end the turbo is boosting around 1900rpm instead of 2200-2300rpm and it is spooling up faster. the idle and cruise is hell of alot smoother and the diesel knock has dropped off by about 70%. awesome mod highly recommend it.
