EGR shut off.

Hay guys,
starting small with my DIY mods and having a crack at the EGR shut off.
Is it as simple as just putting the blocking plate into place or is there other things that need to be done to complete this. I have heard of the pros for completing this and as such i want to complete it.

Any info would be great.

Scrap that. I guess if you actualy look thorugh other threads you can find your answeres. All sorted.
