When I got the truck there was inclusions all thru the paint and sections that had no colour at all. Nissan arranged for the truck to be sent to melbourne and there is was rubbed n buffed on some panels and resprayed the Bonnet left front Guard front Apron and Tailgate.The sections they buffed go from no peel to full peel. The sections they painted dont match the factory colour. In short they fugged it up totally. The paint is peeling off the left roof gutter and PPG has said I scratched it off . Funny how the dealership im working with on this has pics of other trucks with the same problems .
in short Nissan has dropped the ball and wants me to just go away quietly.
MMMMMM Not gunna happen.

due to the fact the hearing is more than 200kms from home the tribunal has agreed to a phone hook up
got notification today that Nissan wishes to bring Legal representation.
