My glow plugs are not working properly, they receive the power but they don't switch off after the car starts and now I disconnected them and I'm heating manually direct from the battery

Hi Cedric,

It might be the glow relay that's faulty, and not disengaging (it's on the front of the vehicle's right hand guard in the engine bay near the headlight).

Normally the relay will turn off the glows when the coolant temperature reaches or exceeds 85 degrees celcius.

That's a couple of things to look at.
